MY STORY

My name is Josh Weissert and I am an honors student at Northeastern University studying Mechanical Engineering and Physics. With my degree, I plan to contribute to projects dealing with sustainable energy, space exploration, and other initiatives that investigate new methods to better society.

Outside the classroom I have been involved with research through the university Honors Program studying concentrated solar thermal energy through optical analysis and price point comparisons. In addition to this research, I have worked with the engineering department as a teaching assistant to students in Cornerstone of Engineering, where I worked to lay a strong educational and social foundation for students' engineering careers alongside the professor.
